Northville High School Athletic Department Student & Parent Information Final Forms Link.

In order to swim/dive for Northville Public Schools you need to make sure the following items are on file:

  • MHSAA Physical Form
  • Pay to Play

    • NHS Athletic Department

    Team Package (Total $175)

    The items below are included in the team package and are needed for participation: Team suit (Arena FEMALE Challenge Back Suit), Team shirt (Bella + Canvas Women's Relaxed Jersey Short Sleeve Tee), End of Season Championship shirt (Delivered prior to meet), 2 personalized silicone caps (swimmers only), 1 personalized shammy (divers only), Picnic Shirt

    Warm Up Jacket/Pants and Towel (Optional)

    School will provide warm up jacket and pants to all swimmers and divers. If you prefer to purchase your own personalized warm up apparel, you can order online by following the link below.

    Please submit your order by July 8, 2024 . Your orders will be delivered to the pool on the first day of practice.

    Personalized Lawn Sign (Optional)

    Personalized lawn Fish Sign lets the world know your daughter is proud to be a Northville High School swimmer or diver. Each sign is carved of weather resistant material into a 15” long fish, painted orange with your child’s first name in black lettering. Signs are mounted on a black post with a sharp tip for easy yard installation.
